To secure your date, we require a non-refundable deposit (amount varies by package) and a signed contract. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
Standard packages do not include RAW files. We believe the editing process is half the magic! However, RAW files can be purchased for an additional fee if needed.
For portraits, you can expect photos within 3 days. Weddings and events typically take 7 days for photos and 10-14 days for video projects.
Yes! We are based in Lexington, KY, but we love to travel. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of our standard service area.
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit can typically be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
